When does the course start?
You gain immediate access to all modules, videos and downloadable material as soon as you enrol. You can then join our private Facebook group: Hosters in the Know and begin interacting with Donna and other members.
How long do I have access to the course?
As hosted accommodation owners, we understand that time can be quite short to do more learning. The good news is; once enrolled, access to the course is instant and for life - there are no time limits!
Is this course for new hosts or more experienced hosts?
That is a great question! There is certainly much value to those starting out. But as Donna has explained the Hosting Hero Blueprint course is for both, experienced and new hosts.
Do I have to join Facebook?
We understand that Facebook is not everyone's cup of tea. Although it is optional to join the closed Facebook community, it does help to round off and extend your learning experience, and it is highly recommended.

Will there be someone to help me if I get stuck with the technical side of things?
Don't worry, I recognise with empathy that trying something new can be daunting, but I can assure you that I have personally created the courses. The most challenging part about the tech stuff will be remembering your password!
The Hosting Hero Blueprint has hosted the course on a simple-to-use online platform and will help you with every step if you get stuck. The platform is called Teachable. Even when you forget your password - like we so often do!
